Welcome to Fair Grade Forests (FGF). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FGF website, platform, and all related services including token contributions, purchases, and engagement with blockchain-based initiatives.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you are advised not to use the website or participate in any of FGF’s offerings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and fully legally capable under the laws of your jurisdiction to use this platform. By using the FGF platform, you warrant that you meet these criteria and that your participation does not violate local laws applicable in your country of residence.

3. Token Purchase and Use

FGF Coin is a utility token designed to support conservation efforts and engage community stakeholders. The token does not represent any equity interest or ownership rights in Fair Grade Forests. Your participation in token purchases or contributions does not constitute an investment contract or security under any jurisdiction.

4. Refund Policy

Should the sum of $250,000 not be attained during the Stage 1 fundraising round, Fair Grade Forests will reimburse the full amount of your purchase. Outside of this provision, all contributions or token purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. No Investment Advice

All content provided by FGF, including token-related documentation, is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are strongly encouraged to consult with professional advisors before participating in any token sale or making any financial commitments.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the FGF platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of, or restrict the use of, the platform by any third party. You may not exploit, misuse, or attempt to breach the platform's security or underlying blockchain infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, service marks, logos, text, content, and other materials on this platform are the intellectual property of Fair Grade Forests and its affiliates. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from FGF.

8. Limitation of Liability

FGF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your access or use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to, system downtime, data loss, or third-party service disruptions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
